About Me
My Biography
I’m Dr. Shelly J Singh, a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Holistic Wellness expert with 20+ years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s emotional challenges. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology (USA) and advanced international diplomas from the UK and Malaysia in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Child Psychology, Holistic Nutrition, and Drug & Alcohol Counselling.
My work blends evidence-based therapies with a warm, client-centred approach. I integrate CBT, Mindfulness, Client-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused work, and structured psychotherapy to create personalised plans that fit each person’s needs and pace. Sessions are available in-person and online, serving clients across India and internationally.
I’ve worked extensively with people across all age groups on concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, self-worth, relationship issues, grief and trauma (including PTSD), postpartum challenges, parenting concerns, ADHD/ADD, and substance-use recovery. Beyond resolving immediate difficulties, I focus on building resilience, self-awareness, and practical coping skills that last.
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: “It’s okay to not be okay.” Therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space where you are heard, understood, and guided with compassion. My goal is to help you make sense of your emotions, heal past wounds, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
