Your Path to Healing

Guided Support for Every Step

Mental health challenges are a natural part of the human journey. They often arise from life’s stressful or traumatic experiences, serving as a release for the mind’s built-up pressures. At our practice, we aim to help you lighten that mental load, restore emotional balance, and embrace a healthier, more positive perspective. Mental health struggles are not a life sentence—they can be managed, understood, and overcome.

Balancing Emotional Waves (Mood Disorders)

When moods swing to extremes—whether prolonged sadness, emptiness, or elevated energy—it may indicate conditions like depression or mania. We help individuals understand these patterns and work towards emotional stability through evidence-based therapies and compassionate care.

Finding Calm in Chaos (Anxiety Disorders)

Persistent worry, fear, or dread—whether general or specific—can interfere with daily life. Conditions like generalized anxiety, OCD, PTSD, health anxiety, social anxiety, and phobias are part of this spectrum. Our tailored strategies help you regain calm and control.

Mind and Brain in Harmony (Neurological Disorders)

We address mental health concerns linked to brain changes, dysfunction, or disease. This includes dementia (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s), mild traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and ADHD. Our approach combines psychological support with neurological understanding to improve quality of life.

Restoring Clarity and Connection (Psychosis, Personality Disorders & More)

From losing touch with reality (psychosis) to unhealthy relationship patterns, personality challenges, or stress-related physical symptoms (somatic issues), we offer therapies to address a wide range of complex mental health needs with compassion and expertise.

Services Offered

“Every mind matters, every journey counts.”

We believe that mental wellness is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. Our services are thoughtfully designed to address emotional, psychological, and behavioural concerns with compassion, confidentiality, and evidence-based care. Whether you are navigating a difficult phase in life or seeking personal growth, we provide a safe and supportive space to guide you forward.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps reframe negative thought patterns into positive, constructive perspectives. By focusing on solutions, it empowers you to manage stress, anxiety, and depression effectively.

“Change your thoughts, and you change your world.”

Couple & Relationship Therapy

Enhance communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional bonds through guided sessions. This therapy addresses conflicts, misunderstandings, and intimacy issues to create healthier, happier relationships.

“A strong relationship is built on understanding, not perfection.”

Existential & Emotionally Focused Therapy

Explore life’s meaning, values, and emotional struggles in a safe, reflective space. This approach helps you connect deeply with yourself and others.

“When you know your ‘why’, you can bear any ‘how’.”

Clinical Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy

Uncover and heal deep-rooted emotional wounds using evidence-based psychotherapy combined with hypnotherapy. Effective for trauma, phobias, and behavioural changes.

“The mind once stretched by new awareness never returns to its old limits.”

Online & In-Person Counselling

Convenient, flexible counselling sessions tailored to your comfort—whether from home or in our clinic. Ensuring accessibility without compromising on care quality.

“Support is only a conversation away.”

Specialised Mental Health Support

Targeted care for conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, postpartum depression, and more. Our approach combines empathy with proven therapeutic techniques.

“You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.”

How Does It Work?

At our practice, we believe that healing is a collaborative journey between you and your therapist. Every person is unique, so our approach is designed to meet you exactly where you are and guide you towards meaningful change.

1- Initial Contact & Booking

Your journey starts with a simple step – reaching out to us via phone, email, or our website form. We’ll schedule a session at a time that works best for you, whether online or in person.

2 -Assessment & Understanding Your Needs

In the first session, we focus on listening to your story and understanding your concerns. This includes discussing your current challenges, medical and emotional history, and therapy goals. We may use psychological assessments to gain deeper insight into your needs.

3 - Creating a Personalised Therapy Plan

Based on your needs, we develop a customised plan outlining the therapy techniques, frequency of sessions, and specific goals. This plan remains flexible, evolving as your progress continues.

4 - Engaging in Therapy Sessions

Each session is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings.
We use evidence-based therapies such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Clinical Psychotherapy

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Couples/Relationship Therapy

  • And other specialised interventions based on your needs.

5 - Progress Tracking & Adjustments

We regularly review your progress, celebrate small victories, and adjust the therapy plan as needed. This ensures the approach stays relevant and effective for you.

6. Equipping You for the Future

The ultimate goal is to empower you with coping strategies, emotional resilience, and tools you can use beyond therapy sessions—helping you face life’s challenges with confidence.

“Healing is not about getting back to who you were—it’s about becoming who you are meant to be.”

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that starting therapy can raise many questions. Here are answers to some of the most common queries we receive. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

If issues begin to interfere with your daily life—such as sleep, eating habits, social activities, or basic self-care—it may be time to seek professional help. Therapy provides a safe space to address these challenges before they grow bigger.

In addition to feeling emotionally better, your therapist will track progress using periodic psychological assessments. These are usually conducted every 3 sessions to ensure measurable improvement in your well-being.
A typical therapy session lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs and the nature of the session.
A psychiatrist can prescribe medication and often focuses on medical treatment, while a psychologist uses talk therapy, behavioural interventions, and other non-medication-based approaches as the first line of treatment.
Therapy is about growth—and growth can sometimes be uncomfortable. While you may feel relief and clarity, some sessions may challenge you to think and feel differently. This discomfort is often part of the healing process.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. We are ethically bound to keep everything you share private. Mental health professionals follow the principle: “First, do no harm” and are committed to protecting your trust.

About Me

My Biography

I’m Dr. Shelly J Singh, a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Holistic Wellness expert with 20+ years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s emotional challenges. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology (USA) and advanced international diplomas from the UK and Malaysia in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Child Psychology, Holistic Nutrition, and Drug & Alcohol Counselling.

My work blends evidence-based therapies with a warm, client-centred approach. I integrate CBT, Mindfulness, Client-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused work, and structured psychotherapy to create personalised plans that fit each person’s needs and pace. Sessions are available in-person and online, serving clients across India and internationally.

I’ve worked extensively with people across all age groups on concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, self-worth, relationship issues, grief and trauma (including PTSD), postpartum challenges, parenting concerns, ADHD/ADD, and substance-use recovery. Beyond resolving immediate difficulties, I focus on building resilience, self-awareness, and practical coping skills that last.

At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: “It’s okay to not be okay.” Therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space where you are heard, understood, and guided with compassion. My goal is to help you make sense of your emotions, heal past wounds, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here—to listen, to support, and to walk alongside you on your journey to well-being.
